Experiences 

Pasta Classes at The Italian Homemade Company are hands-on experiences dedicated to the tradition of fresh Italian pasta.

During each class, guests learn techniques and doughs from both Northern and Southern Italy, working different flours by hand and understanding the differences between regional methods, textures, and hydration.

Each class concludes with a tasting of the freshly made pasta, served with a selection of house-made sauces and a classic Italian-style aperitivo.

Wine Tastings at The Italian Homemade Company are guided tasting experiences dedicated to Italian wines and their regions.

Each event features a curated selection of wines from different areas of Italy, offering insight into local winemaking traditions and the distinctive characteristics of each label.

Throughout the evening, guests are guided through grape varieties, styles, and production areas, in a journey designed to make Italian wine culture accessible, authentic, and engaging.
